Larry Doyle joined The Conair Group in June 2006 and assumed his current role in June 2012. He was previously Vice President, Global Sales & Marketing. Prior to coming to Conair, he spent seven years in progressively more responsible sales and marketing positions with Demag Plastics Group (now Sumitomo Demag), eventually becoming Director of Sales and Marketing. He also served as International Sales Coordinator for Autojectors, a company that became part of Milacron Inc. in 1998. Doyle served as the Vice Chairman on the NPE 2015 Operations Committee and chaired the Sales & Marketing Committee for NPE 2012 and NPE 2009. He holds a BA in Political Science and Philosophy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is a graduate of the General Management Program (GMP 15) from Harvard Business School.
Vice President of Engineering
Raymond Kelly, Vice President of Engineering, first worked for Conair as Electrical/Controls Manager for seven years in the 1990’s and rejoined the firm as Conveying Product Manager in late 2012, assuming his current role in 2013. Before his return to Conair, he held control and engineering and product- and project-management positions with Innovative Controls, Cannon USA, Bechtel Plant Machinery and Ibis Tek LLC. He has bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Electrical Engineering, as well as a Masters of Business Administration degree, all from Youngstown State University. He is also a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute.
Product Strategy and Project Services Manager
Brian Dowler, Product Strategy and Project Services Manager, joined Conair in April of 2014. Dowler has more than 25 years of experience in the plastics industry, with about half that time working for resin companies (Borg Warner, Bayer, Eastman) and half in machinery (Graham Engineering). He has held positions in Applications Engineering, Technical Service, and in the managements of Engineering and R&D groups. Most recently he worked in International Machinery Sales for Graham Engineering, traveling to over 40 countries while selling blow molding machinery. Dowler holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering from West Virginia University.
Vice President of Aftermarket Sales and Service
After serving at Conair in product and project engineering positions in the late 1990’s, Michael Wagner returned to fill the role of Vice President of Aftermarket Sales and Service in 2013. Since beginning his career in 1984, Wagner has held positions in engineering, international marketing, customer service and sales and general management. Besides his tenure at Conair between 1995 and 1998, other highlights include stints as sales manager for Arburg, Inc., and as director of aftermarket sales at Demag Plastics Group. He gained additional customer service experience as general manager, customer service division at Micro-Poise Measurement Systems (formerly ITW). Wagner holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Virginia Tech, and an MBA in Marketing from Carnegie Mellon University.
General Manager, Downstream Extrusion
Chris Weinrich, General Manager, Downstream Extrusion, came to Conair in 2012 from Xaloy, Inc., where he had been global product and sales manager since 2004. Before that, he worked in the Extrusion Division of Milacron LLC for 15 years, holding several positions in technical service, engineering and product management. He has a BS in mechanical engineering from the University of Cincinnati and an MBA from Xavier University.
International Business Manager
Bill Hricsina started with Conair in 1987. Today he supports all international Conair units, including Conair East Asia, Conair Pacific, Nu-Vu Conair (India), and serves as General Manager of Conair Mexicana and Latin America Sales Manager. He works closely with global customers and OEMs, assists our global business units with sales and service training, and serves as liaison with U.S. engineering and manufacturing. He started his Conair career in the manufacturing plant and subsequently worked in field installation before becoming an international systems engineer in 1996. Hricsina is a veteran of the U.S. Navy - Submarine Force.
CEO, Nu-Vu Conair Pvt. Ltd.
With over thirty years of engineering industry experience, Sanjay Lapalikar joined Conair in March, 2016 as Chief Executive Officer of NuVu Conair Pvt. Ltd. He was previously CEO at Anup Engineering Company Ltd. Prior to that role, he served Crompton Greaves Limited for twenty years in progressively more responsible positions and eventually became General Manager of Distribution & Industrial Transformer Division. He started his career with Larsen & Toubro Limited Mumbai where he worked in the engineering division for five years. Sanjay holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from BITS Pilani and has completed the Business Leadership Program at CGL. He is also a certified recruitment analyst.
