POSITION: Quote to Order Coordinator
REPORTS TO: Doug Brewster
LOCATION: Franklin, Pennsylvania
WORKING HOURS: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
SALARY: To be discussed at time of interview

GENERAL SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for the overall order entry, supervision, co-ordination, and planning to assure a successful product is delivered and installed, resulting in a satisfied customer. Will be responsible for communicating with Project Managers daily in the field and assist by entering orders required to complete installations and prevent project delays.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must be fully capable of entering a single special or entering a large system order that contains special equipment. Must be fluent in Sales Force, Big Machines, Project Manager and Baan.
- Coordinates all System design reviews / kick off meetings to make sure the equipment will accomplish the specified project requirements.
- Review all details and specifications issued by the customer’s P.O., to assure it matches Conair “Scope of Work” document.
- Enter the System Order and Review Order Confirmation to assure it matches our “Scope of Work” document, before it is sent to our customer.
- May on occasion be called upon to produce a “System Project Book” for the department.
- Track and monitor Specials for Systems and Unit Sales to assure on time delivery and customer satisfaction when the product is installed.
- Maintain the Project Management Assignment worksheet weekly
- Work with accounting to close Projects for final billing
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree or (3) three years experience in quoting, selling, entering orders, and have a good working knowledge of Conair piping components and understand Conair Material Handling System and Water System layouts.
- Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to read, write, analyze and interpret business correspondence
- Must have strong interpersonal skills, and provide high-quality customer service
- Must be able to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- General computer skills with Sales Force, Big Machines, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project or Primavera Scheduling Software.
