The PL15 effectively transfers even the toughest filled powders - down to 5 microns in size - without the filter clogging, excessive dust or component failure that can halt operation of a typical receiver.
The specifically designed, pleated filter assembly eliminates material carry-over, and allows for an air-to-cloth ratio of 3:1 in a small space. Despite its compact size, the PL15 can satisfy a wide throughput range, making it an excellent choice for extrusion applications.
The PL15 also incorporates many of the same rugged design and performance features that have made Conair's DuraLoad pellet receivers so popular.
