Cooling Tanks
MCB cooling tanks provide flood or optional spray cooling of profile, tubing and pipe extrustions up to 6 inches {152 mm}.
The internal plumbing for flood cooling has been designed to provide maximum turbulence. This breaks up the warmer water that tends to surround and insulate the product, allowing maximum cooling efficiency. The spray cooling approach enhances the heat transfer rate through evaporative cooling.
An adjustable rotary water level control is used to easily adjust process water level for flood or spray cooling.
