With the launch of its new D Series large desiccant dryers<\/a>, with nominal throughputs from 600 to 5000 lb\/hr (272 to 2268 kg\/hr), Conair is dramatically simplifying its large dryer offering. Every model is built around proven desiccant-wheel drying technology, a common touchscreen control, an expanded set of standard features, and a focus on value.<\/p>\n

\u201cConair believes that our standard D Series feature package will meet the needs of 90% of our drying customers. For those who need additional capabilities, the advanced options that remain have been pre-engineered to simplify ordering and speed delivery.\u201d<\/p>\n

Conair\u2019s large-dryer launch follows its 2018 introduction of redesigned small and medium-sized portable dryers that offer throughputs from 15 to 400 lb\/hr (6.8 to 181 kg\/hour). The smaller dryers are available in the dX Series of mobile drying\/conveying systems and the standalone portable dryers were the first to get the D Series designation.<\/p>\n

\u201cWith this introduction of large D Series dryers configured for central systems,\u201d notes A.J. Zambanini, Dryer Product Manager, \u201cour D Series line now extends from the Model D15 all the way through the Model D5000. Like the smaller models, the latest, largest dryers in the D Series feature the DC-C programmable electronic control, software, and interface developed specifically by Conair for drying applications.
