The TrueBlend® TB-T is a gravimetric batch blender manufactured by Conair and designed for precise material blending in plastics processing applications. It is used by small-part molders and processors who require accurate batch blending of resins, regrind, and additives at low throughputs. As part of Conair’s TrueBlend product line, the TB-T combines a compact footprint with consistent blend accuracy and easy integration into injection molding and extrusion operations.

The TrueBlend® TB-T is a compact gravimetric batch blender developed specifically for small-part molders that require precise material dosing at very low throughputs. Manufactured by Conair, the TB-T delivers accurate batch blending of up to four ingredients, with throughput rates ranging from 1 lb/hr to 100 lbs/hr and blend accuracy of ±0.5 percent. Blend accuracy is an astonishing ½ of 1 percent. At less than 24 inches tall, this compact batch blender mounts easily on a machine throat or a press-side cart for use as a central color additive blender.

The TB-T is engineered for both high blending precision and ease of maintenance. It is equipped with a 7-inch LCD touchscreen control that features Conair’s “common control” interface for quick and easy setup. Its microprocessor control can manage multiple loaders and pumps. Like larger Conair blenders, the TB-T relies on “feed forward” dosing, using multiple small dosing cycles to deliver a more precise material mix into the weigh chamber prior to mixing. The control calibrates after every dosing cycle to compensate for variations in dispense method, resin bulk density or particle geometry.

Conair’s Blendo Adroit is designed to blend resin in extrusion processes where dosing accuracy and complete homogeneous dispensing of additives to the throat of the extruder is required.

Modular construction allows you to start small or go big – capable of blending between 2 and 6 components at the machine throat. The modular resin bins also allow for quick cleanout and fast ingredient changeover.

Conair’s Grado Adroit gravimetric batch blender is capable of batch dosing for 2-8 components, in a minimal amount of space.  Designed with the blown film industry in mind, the fully modular construction and self-supporting structure make the Grado simple, yet robust for the most rigorous processes.  The transparent front door allows you to watch the homogeneous mixing of your materials.

Material changes are quick, with drain spouts incorporated into each ingredient feed hopper. Clean-out doors and the round-bottom mixing chamber ensure that complete clean out of the machine is nearly effortless.

Conair’s TrueRate™ is a sensing device that applies today’s weighing technology to the process of loading material into a hopper, surge bin, or material storage container.

The TrueRate™ can be used for multiple purposes that will add current technology and eliminate the guesswork from material loading. The TrueRate™ gives you the ability to:
• Calculate and display the weight for each load cycle
• Tabulate the running throughput in lbs/hr {Kg/hr}
• Display the total lbs/hr {Kg/hr} usage by time period
• Convey/dose an exact amount of resin to a destination bin

Conair’s TrueFeed Micro Feeder can count and dispense standard and micro pellets on an individual basis. This optometric feeder is perfect for micro injection molded parts and laboratory or filament extruders, as well as for dosing and blending ultra-low doses of highly concentrated additives.

The TrueFeed Micro Feeder has the ability to dose less than 5 pellets per second, thanks to the patented sensing and dosing technology. Operation is simple – enter the required dosing size in grams, calculate your production rate, choose an operating mode (injection molding, extrusion, or batch) and the Micro Feeder will automatically create the perfect recipe and rate for your application.

An Intermixer mounts between the processing machine throat and material supply. The Intermixer can be combined with a Conair throat feeder, material hopper and vacuum loader to provide economical and reliable mixing, feeding and loading.

The unit’s removable plexiglass front cover provides visual inspection of the mixing and easy access for clean out. Compact rugged construction with choice of 6 or 8 inch mounting flanges features a product for enhancing the mixing capability of your process machine.
