The Thermolator® TW-B Series temperature controller is designed to maintain the process temperatures by circulating cooling tower or chiller water. Internal heaters provide rapid pre-heating of molds and dies.
All models offer incoloy heaters; silicon carbide pump seals; pressure gauges; easy-to-use microprocessor controls and tool-free access panels for fast removal. Process line purge is available as an option.

ECO Series industrial outdoor air-cooled chillers feature a compact, all-in-one package specifically designed to maximize usable space, while decreasing installation costs and electric bills. Perfect for harsh outdoor environments, the ECO Series require nothing special to operate in ambient conditions of -20° F to 125° F {-29° C to 52° C}. Standard process fluid temperatures of 20° F to 80° F {-7° C to 27° C} are ideal for industrial applications.
Up to 12 total refrigeration circuits can be combined into a single system, for up to 720 tons of cooling capacity. Thanks to the modular design, system sizing and expansion is easily accomplished.
ECFW Series Central Chillers are designed for cooling applications between 40 and 120 tons, and utilize the ultimate in hybrid chilling technologies to achieve the lowest energy use levels ever. The combination of a hybrid film evaporator combined with an integral variable-speed drive ensure that you’re only using the minimal energy you need.
Standard control is a 7-inch advanced color touch screen, for operation and monitoring. The PLC can control up to six chillers. A 10-inch or 12-inch HMI are available options. The 12-inch allows for remote access using TeamViewer on a computer or smart phone.
ECW Series Central Chillers are designed for cooling applications between 30 and 240 tons. They are modular and easily expandable for up to 1,400 tons, using up to six chillers and twelve refrigeration circuits. A choice of single or multiple refrigerant circuits allow for dedicated loads or redundancy and backup for critical processes.
These chillers are designed to work in a system. At any point before or after installation, you can link a control panel for up to six chillers with up to twelve total refrigeration circuits.
