Conair’s PipeMaster MDBA Series Tilt Table (often called a dump table) is the last step in the downstream line. Like the rest of the PipeMaster line, this last stop was designed and built specifically for pipe applications.
Unlike some dump tables that are “one size fits all”, the MDBA Series tables are built to handle pipe lengths up to 19.7 feet, at diameters from 0.63 inches to nearly 25 inches.
Conair’s PipeMaster planetary pipe cutters feature rotary chip-less cutting and cut with line rates up to 82 feet per minute. With motorized positioning adjustments, automatic line speed synchronization, and a touch-screen HMI, these PipeMaster cutters were designed for pipe applications from 0.63 to nearly 25 inches in diameter.
Conair’s PipeMaster MCVBH and MTVBH Series tanks are vacuum tanks specifically designed as a cost-effective solution for the pipe industry. These tanks provide stable vacuum air for stable sizing and cooling of extruded plastic pipe. Perfect for pipe processors creating product between 2.50 and 24.81 inches in diameter {1.6-63.0 cm}, this vacuum tank utilizes highly efficient spray bars and regulated vacuum to ensure that the pipe maintains precise sizing. The water and air separation technology used maintains product tolerances and surface finishes, while allowing for repeatable quality with little operator interaction.
Pullers are pullers, right? Not true! Conair’s PipeMaster MBC Series Pipe Haul-Off pullers were specifically designed for pipe processors. These provide consistent pulling force using 2, 3, 4, 6, or 8 belts – to make sure that proper contact is made with the pipe for keeping the line moving. Pulling speed is synchronized automatically to the extruder screw speed control, with available speeds from 0.66 – 82.0 feet per minute. Pulling torque can be between 7,000 and 56,000 N. That’s up to 12,500 lbs. of pulling force available for your toughest pipe extrusion needs.
The MBC Series Haul-Off is suitable for continuous pulling of PVC, ABS, PC, PE, and PP solid-wall pipes.
Conair’s PipeMaster MSBH spray tanks are the second stage of the pipe production downstream line. Just after properly sizing the pipe with the PipeMaster vacuum tank, the PipeMaster MSBH Pipe Spray Tank quickly cools the pipe. Using a spray tank cools the tube in less space and more efficiently than immersion tanks. Also, for pipe processing, immersion tanks can compromise cooling efficiency because they can create an insulation layer over the hot product surface.
The PipeMaster MSBH tanks are highly-efficient spray tanks that utilize the process of extreme turbulent cooling. Cooling water droplets hitting the hot surface rapidly conduct the heat away from the pipe.
