Meet the Presenters:
Nicholas Paradiso is the director of Conair’s systems group, leading technical sales, estimating, applications engineering, project management, and project engineering teams for both central material handling systems as well as heat transfer systems. Nick has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Northeastern University and is an MBA candidate attending Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business. Nick’s 10 years of systems expertise comes from holding key leadership and technical roles within the plastics industry, establishing himself as a subject matter expert of integrated systems for plastics manufacturing facilities.
Justin Carter is the conveying product manager. Justin is tasked with being Conair’s definitive expert in the conveying product line and leading that flagship product line. Justin has worked at Conair since March 2016, primarily working as a project manager in both material handling and heat transfer systems. Justin has a bachelor’s degree in secondary education mathematics.
