Pullers are pullers, right? Not true! Conair’s PipeMaster MBC Series Pipe Haul-Off pullers were specifically designed for pipe processors. These provide consistent pulling force using 2, 3, 4, 6, or 8 belts – to make sure that proper contact is made with the pipe for keeping the line moving. Pulling speed is synchronized automatically to the extruder screw speed control, with available speeds from 0.66 – 82.0 feet per minute. Pulling torque can be between 7,000 and 56,000 N. That’s up to 12,500 lbs. of pulling force available for your toughest pipe extrusion needs.

The MBC Series Haul-Off is suitable for continuous pulling of PVC, ABS, PC, PE, and PP solid-wall pipes.

Automatic speed, easy to control

The PipeMaster MBC Series Haul Off automatically synchronizes speed with the extruder screw speed control and integrates with gravimetric material dosing for stable production and consistent pipe unit weight.

Simple but rugged

Lower belt locations are controlled using motorized positioning. These pullers feature high pull force capacity without distorting the pipe and have an industrial design for pipe extrusion applications.

The PipeMaster MBC Pullers can have up to 8 belts (2, 3, 4, and 6 belt systems are also available). More belts equates to more contact area on those tough-to-pull applications. More contact area prevents slipping, chatter, and marks on your pipe.

Perfect for solid-wall pipe with diameters between 2.5 and 24.81 inches, this haul-off has contact lengths per belt of either 59 or 63 inches, and 2, 3, 4, 6, or 8 belts. You can do the math for all the possible configurations, but that’s up to 500 inches of contact available to make sure your pipe pulls steadily.
